Kim Anderson

PRESIDENT

Kim has extensive experience in creating and implementing end-to-end enterprise programs and solutions. Her projects include executive dashboards with multi-dimensional profitability views, revenue cycle management, a 360 degree view of network and communications customers using predictive models and business integration. Kim’s systems development experience includes business decision support systems and sales compensation systems.

Prior to creating inQ, Kim was Vice President of Finance for XO Communications. There, she played an integral role in building it from a $600M to a multi-billion dollar enterprise, and later acquired by Verizon in 2016. She was responsible for XO’s overall budget and revenue management, delivering synergies through processes simplification and system automation. She built order-to-cash analytics programs which provided the leadership team with actionable insights in response to a competitive voice and data communications marketplace.

Les Aker

SECURITY ADVISOR and CRYPTOGRAPHER 

Mr. Aker has extensive credentials in program management, human behavioral analysis, predictive behavioral screening, hostile intent modeling and simulation, computer and network security, massively parallel computing systems, advanced networking protocols, information assurance, and encryption technologies.  Mr. Aker has three decades of experience supporting research and development for the Department of Homeland Security/Science & Technology Directorate/Resilient Systems Division (DHS/S&T/RSD), the Adversarial Modeling and Exploitation Office at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL/AMX), the US Navy’s Center for Computational Science (NRL/CCS) and Naval Center for High Assurance Systems (NRL/CHACS).
